By looking at the big picture, we derive actions in the areas of processes, structure, reward systems, skills and competencies.
With more than 25 years of experience in building and leading HR organizations, I will help you to empower HR to be an active driver and facilitator of change.
As a consultant, I work in a network with other consultants with different areas of focus, be it organization, compensation, cultural change or executive recruiting.
As an Interim HR Executive I support you for a defined period of time in situations where there is a specific need for action. Be it to fill a management position in your HR department on an interim basis. Or to drive forward an already initiated or planned change project.
My HR leadership experience, both national and global, enables me to make your HR function future-ready and to guide your existing team to manage and support positive change. I see myself as a bridge builder between the various stakeholders: Management, employees, co-determination committees and, where appropriate, external stakeholders.
As an interim HR executive, we usually enter into the contract via an interim management provider. I am accredited with various providers in the field of interim HR management. It is also possible to contract directly.
I consult organizations in times of change - be it strong growth or transformative restructuring. My focus is on organizational development and design, leadership, HR transformation and corporate culture. My goal is to enable employees in the organization to actively (co-) shape change, thus strengthening their and the organization's resilience.
My work is informed by many years of leadership in the Open Source environment, which is characterized by open and cooperative collaboration and an active contribution of all participants and/or employees. I bring more than 25 years of experience in building and transforming HR organizations, both nationally and globally, in field organizations or as Corporate Center.
I have a strong passion for and expertise in managing change through organizational effectiveness, change management and culture work. I combine strategic thinking with a strong passion for humanity in organizations. I am curious, emphatic and change-oriented.
